Before hiring a contractor in Cebu, confirm their PCAB license, visit or review actual completed projects, identify the engineers who will run your project, and ask how progress will be reported. Abante Builders Inc. holds PCAB License No. 60530.
Check the license
The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) licenses contractors. Ask for the license number and verify it.
Look at real projects
Ask for project locations, scope and photographs taken during construction, not only finished renderings.
Know who runs your project
Ask who your project engineer will be and how often the site is inspected.
Understand reporting
Agree in advance how and how often you receive progress updates.
